My Bark

Today I was given a squeaky red ball by my Nanny, and to my surprise I can bark! I've heard other dogs bark, but never knew I could do it too! HOW COOL!

The Newspaper

I finally figured out the newspaper thing - I'm supossed to pee/poop on it! The humans get really happy when I do that, so I think I'll keep doing it!

The first night

The first night was great! I was so tired, that I slept pretty much all night. I like my bed, and I have lots of toys to play with. the Humans have put this paper on the floor, but I really don't know how they expect me to be able to read at my age! There are some nice pictures, though...especially on page 3 of The Sun. I dont' think I'm supossed to look at furless humans until I get older, because my mum threw that page away not long after it was put down.

My Beginning and Going Home

The first family I've ever known was with Lisa and Dave. They were so nice to me, and helped me adjust to the 'human' world so well! I'm already used to having my feet handled, ears cleaned, and teeth looked at. They have children and a cat, so that will be nothing new to me when I go to my new home. I will miss them a lot, but I'm sure my new family will send lots of pictures. It was hard to leave a familiar comfy place, but a lot of my brothers and sisters have been going to new homes, so it must not be that bad! Besides, I've already met my new parents and they smell OK to me!

When they were taking me home, I could tell they were so happy! They kept looking at me so much they started to take the wrong direction on the motorway, so they had to drive a bit before they could turn around! That was really funny.

I slept in Mum's lap, and kept looking at my dad. I really liked watching the motorbikes and big lorries.

Soon I was very thirsty and needed to pee and poop, and the car was going SOOO slow and there were a lot of cars around. They finally were able to stop for me, but I only had a drink - I can't seem to pee/poop in public yet.

We finally got to our house, and I love it! There are 3 human children, a cat, and goldfish. They had a nice warm bed ready for me, with a potty area (Which I used ASAP!). I'm tired, so it's bedtime for me...it's been a long day!
